Do games like Gta 5, Fortnite, Csgo etc run well?
Is it also good for video conferencing, homeschooling etc?

Unfortunately not… I'm a bit older and mine cost over 2000, but it was already 2 years ago… But it can only play games to a limited extent.
According to benchmarks, a GeForce GTX 1650 still achieves 60 FPS in GTA V even on high settings. And that was even tested in combination with a CPU that has less power than the Intel Core i5-10300H. Fortnite and CS: GO should therefore work without any problems.

The AMD Ryzen 5 4600H is roughly on par with the Intel Core i5-10300H. However, instead of the GTX 1650 you have installed a GTX 1650 Ti, which offers a little more performance. In addition, with 16 GB of RAM you have installed twice the amount of RAM. A 512 GB SSD is also available. Personally, I would also prefer devices from Lenovo, but that's a matter of taste.

At Media Markt it is extremely rare that I recommend a laptop. You pretty much always find a better value for money laptop somewhere else. I don't know how much the device would cost on Black Friday. Would you even want to wait until November or December? ^^ By then there have long been new offers. The prices and offers are constantly changing. Especially in the current situation.
And a GTX 1650 is enough too, that's not a huge difference. The laptop at Media Markt will not be available until April. At least that's on the website. The one I posted will be available in a few days.
