Can you get banned when you buy an account? Fortnite?

I just wanted to ask if you can get banned if you bought in fortnite account?

Still not there has been removed since season 8 and you can still change most of the emails with purchased accounts because you simply do not have full access you can only change the password but this does not help and most accounts are banned after a few days!
