Ea Games account not linked to Fortnite game Ps4?

So… Had the game downloaded on ps4 but without linking it to the ea account to be able to activate this f2a you have to have an account, I can't link it when you log in it says that the account is already in use… Eh via this support I didn't get any smarter either.

You can't connect Fortnite to EA Games because it's exclusive to Epic.
