Call of duty is a game that appears every year.
With warzone, Call of Duty finally has a Battle Royal that can take on Alex, pubg and fortnite, 30 million players in 14 days, (Apex has 50 and has been in the market for more than 1 year)
the sadder it would make me if Call of Duty launches their new game this September and then warzone is forgotten,
as it happened with Black ops 4 "blackout"… So they will never be able to bring a Battle Royal who can play at the top. And would like it to be provided with live events & updates and so on like fortnite.
the difference to blackout is that it was not a freetoplay but warzone was.

Old CODs will continue to be played (Bo3 / 4), and Warzone is only the second COD BR, which is special and is not "replaced" every year, I think it will still be played actively in the next 4 years…
