Warzone and Fortnite not working?

For a short time I have had the problem that I can neither play Fortnite nor Warzone. In Warzone I can't even start the game because the connection to the Battlenet server keeps failing, although my internet works fine and I have a download of 35Mbit / s. In Fortnite I get into the game, but when I want to start a round I fly back to the lobby without an error message. I already searched the internet and the only post I could find was about an HWID ban, but since I haven't done anything forbidden, I don't know what I should have collected this for. So far, support has not been able to help me either. It shouldn't be on my PC either, have ne rtx 2070 amd ryzen 8 and all drivers are up to date.

Have you ever reinstalled one of the two games (ok with Warzone a bit annoying)?

I doubt the errors here are related.

Do not think that it is related and I have already tried reinstalling at Fortnite, unfortunately it didn't work and warzone is still downloading

Warzone error: do you have another battlenet game? Do you get it on the server? Can you log into Battlenet from your browser? Possibly iwelche ports are with you too.

I'm pretty sure Fortnite doesn't write any log files. They might be revealing.
Do you use any third party stories? Or did you update n drivers like Razer Synapse / Corsair iCue? Previously had the problem that Punk Buster (old anticheat software) led to the most absurd errors thanks to such drivers.

So when it comes to Warzone, I can log into the browser, but when I try to download something I get an error message that the connection to the Blizzard Patch Service has failed.

In fact, I recently updated razer synapse, should I reinstall or delete it, or what is the best way to go about it

Uninstall synapse times and then try both. I'm net sure but then you can exclude that as a source of error.

Have there been changes to the network? Possibly a new router?

Have you ever asked in the Fortnite / Warzone / Battlenet forum?

I uninstalled both times but the error remains and there were no changes to the network.

And yes, I'm still in contact with the support, but so far they haven't been able to help me either

I found the error, it was the settings of our Fritzbox that blocked some functions in the standard profile
