Can of course also be due to the Internet or your RAM may be overloaded. You should check and fix times if that is the case.
How do you even fix that?
In Windows Task Manager or Resource Manager you can see how much and how your RAM is being used. You can also use other programs like RamMap to find the problem.
You can solve it by uninstalling the programs and applications that use a lot of RAM, stopping them, etc. Or, for example, building more RAM.
