I think Fortnite will remain fully popular for the next few years and will continue to offer great tournaments etc. I'm 17 and now I want to play the summer vacation for almost 8 hours a day, if possible even more and just do my best. Will create a cool gaming setup for 2500 euro and then grind. In 2021 there will also be a Battlefield, where I also want to join directly. As far as gaming is concerned, it is becoming increasingly blatant, more and more tournaments, for example the cash cups etc… No more fumbling around for 10 hours a day, but now fully attacking. In addition to school, I also work 1-2 days a week and that's why I think I should really get started
Fortnite I think will continue to be popular but I don't think it is worth grinning and buying a 2500 euro setup because there are so many that have been playing for so long and are just one step further than you. In other games as you mentioned like battlefield you have a chamce because everyone plays the game for the first time
The thing is, what game do you think I should start grinding otherwise? So which game has other potential? I guess if I start to grind hardcore now, I'll be on a Nivau bomb in 6-7 months. There are many who started like this from season 3-4 etc. I have nothing to lose. Otherwise I always hang on my cell phone in my free time and that is complete waste of time.
Yes you are right but I suppose you play the keyboard and building it is easy so after 1-2 months you can be around the level of many pros but aim takes a long time. I've been grinding the game since season 3 so every day min. Played 4-10 hours but never got over the top 1000. At the last cash cup I had over 100 points after 2 rounds but just wasn't enough for the top 50. I would recommend you if you are already good you can do that of course you do it yourself but to get the 2500 euro back you would have to come in 3 fortnite cash cups top 50 in duo and for that you would also need a good mate of grinded or hold solo but you have to do it 3 times and then be missing you still 100 euro. If you are up to it it is the right decision to do what you want but if you are kb it is just wasted but does not want to stop you from doing what you are up to. But now I think I will play some games again in the summer and another possibility for you would be csgo the game remains 100% competitive
I can't recommend you to specialize exclusively on Fortnite or to grind extremely, in my circle of friends the game is extremely hated and also on YT etc. I have the feeling that Fortnite is losing popularity. I still play the game too, but only for fun. I haven't had Battle Pass etc for a long time.
For example, the cash cups stay for a longer period of time, then there are always tournaments and everything… If you are good, you may be able to tear something there with luck. Otherwise, as soon as a new call of duty or Battlefield comes out, I would try to measure myself with the best there
