Fortnite update too much memory?

I play Fortnite and wanted the new update v. 8.30 download. Unfortunately, there was not enough GB on my PC. I still need 16 GB. Once I could not start the game and uninstalled and reinstalled it. Can it help if I uninstall the game again and reinstall?
