It is not really suitable for good gaming. I would never buy a gaming PC on eBay or classified ads.
GTA will still be possible there. For 320 euro this is not a good PC. Look around a bit more. It would be best to buy several used PC parts individually and then assemble them yourself. It's super easy. Almost like Lego. Here is a great video
Just always see that there's at least 8GB RAM and that there's a graphics card, but there are also CPUs that have this built in. The Ryzen CPUs with G at the end are the only good ones for that.
