No, I would not know anything about that at the moment. Is also completely pointless to play a PC player with mouse / keyboard and more FPS against a Konsolero with controller and 30FPS (at least in competitive shooters)
I once heard that it should be at Rainbow Six wins times that the game on the PC detect if you play with controller and then a match against other controller players, but no idea if this is officially confirmed.
