A friend has fortnight in the game fortnite, how can that be? Thought you can only have at least 15 ms or so
He is sitting on the Fortnite server. Probably very unlikely.
That's fake, that will not work. That happens if you're sitting right next to the server - and that too is questionable.

as soon as DSL is in the game, we're over 5msec…
but impossible is n Ping of less than 1msec even over longer distances not… With the speed of light you can get as far as 300km…
By the way: from Frankfurt / Main to Amsterdam now takes about 6msec… So measured directly in the backbone… There's all fiber at its best…

Another thing: to point 5: because RTT includes yes Hin + way back, so it's less than 150km… If you round up from 0.5, then there are even only 75km…
