Fortnite Account Scam punishable?

I wanted to ask if one can refund an ad here in Germany if one sells when buying a fortnite account (verarschet). Since Epic Games itself says that it is your own fault that you are fooled when buying because they take no cost.

It remains a scam, because Epic has nothing to say.

In this respect, an ad must be tracked and it will also be punished accordingly.
