Fortnite voice chat? - 1

Does anyone know why I hardly ever hear anyone talking in voice chat or just noises? And why don't you hear me? Play on the switch and have no headset. Strangely, it used to work before. These are my settings:

Turn on sound effect

if it didn't work then your headset is broken

Do you have push to talk on? Is somewhere in the settings. That has to be done
