Is this PC enough to play fortnite and fall guys fluently?

It's garbage but "enough" for your needs, I just looked at the benchmark and at fortnite on low graphics, epic view distance, 70% 3d resolution and 1920x1080 120fps on average

The PC is not really good, bad motherboard and power supply. But it would work. So it depends on how expensive the PC is

You would get a PC with the same performance but better parts if you built the PC yourself.

Probably not… Look at hardware advice for a 400 euro PC or YouTube. You'll find something there. If you have max. Want to spend 400 euro with all the bells and whistles look for a 300 euro system, plus you can buy things you want. I would recommend you to build the PC yourself. You save up to 100 euro.
