Fortnite banned because of GTA?

I got banned from Fortnite because I forgot to close my Gta injector. Then I wrote to Fortnite support. They said that they can't ban me and I've heard that before. My questions are: is it true that you really can't relax me because of their anti-cheat or something. 2. What could I do that I'm released again?
