Suddenly download speeds of over 100 to 3?

I have the strange problem that suddenly my download is so low. An hour before that, I was able to play Fortnite as usual with 20 ping. After I deleted my live wallpaper and an unnecessary Windows app on Windows (name xing) and restarted the PC, I had over 100 ping in fortnite. On okaola I always have over 100 or 105 in the speed test. I don't know what that is because of my LAN cable. Nothing happened during this hour

It's just gone again so my LAN cable can suddenly be broken or is that the WLAN I understand nt 2 days ago it was like always before
