I usually have a stable ping (0-20 ms).

But not in Fortnite. And yes I have set Europe and I'm shown 130 ms.

In the game it looks like this:

FN's servers are kind of weird, I also have MC on Hypixel, means American server and I have 0ms delay, but FN has 130ms delay. I have no clue what's the cause of this

So many people play that there are often problems. Either you have problems with the Internet, or just with the Fortnite servers. I don't know a solution, but I don't play the game either. A friend of mine always has problems, I think you have to live with that.
