While gambling (Fortnite), all windows close at once, but continue in the background?

During the gambling all programs are running but in the background continue I do not know if that is a key combination, whether it is the game (Fortnite) or the operating system (Windows 10 PRO 64bit).

It's normal that when you start a game other programs will not be stopped. You have to do that yourself.
