Fortnite gameusersettings deleted, what to do?

I accidentally deleted my game user settings a few months ago and wanted to play again today, but my settings are always reset after restarting the game. I googled and it said that it was because I didn't have the game user settings.

Is there a download or something on the internet?

Just download Fortnite, that's I think the easiest, or look in the trash
