I can't install Fortnite, what should I do?

When I accidentally deleted my games hard drive, I reinstalled the EpicGameslaucher because a message came up that I should repair Fortnite, but when I clicked on it it didn't work because I deleted Fortnite more precisely. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the epic Launcher. When I wanted to install fortnite again it downloaded the first normal 33gb then I thought it was that but immediately afterwards the launcher wanted to load 55gb when it was done came 88gb and when it was done there was an error message what do I do? Can I easily install Fortnite?

Well, it's hard to say here. Have you changed anything about the Game API?
