Less FPS after Windows10 reinstallation?

I've reinstalled on the basis of a virusses virus, windows 10 (OEM version) and before / during the installation all hard drives formatted.

since then I have less fps in games and in z.b. Fortnite I have constantly fps drops that last a few milliseconds. The picture is then always.

Also, I've been screen tearing ever since, or since I've installed a cpu chipset driver (newly downloaded).
after installing the chipset driver, I have already reinstalled win10 several times in the hope that something would do / mend.

I downloaded a vegas pro crack and started it. I have the scan on the internet and the should probably have the code that can see and save what I type. Then I formatted the disks and reinstalled win10.

what I've already tried: install new graphics card driver - install new chipset driver - install all drivers, except for grakatreiber, from the mainboard cd. I do not know anymore.

the cpu, mainboar, hard drives, memory are maybe 3 months old.
when the problems occurred, the hardware was even newer / not so old.

I had the same problems with the old pc back then. There I also downloaded and started a vegas pro crack.
As I said, I formatted both hard disks (with the win10 installation CD).

I really believe more in a virus that sits in the bios and again and again plays on the hard disk, which is the sole replacement of the mainboard is not enough (as in the old pc).

That's a brief summary. I do not know everything 100% by heart anymore. It is already a few months ago.

Here are a few benchmarks from 3DMARK:

I hope someone can finally help. I have no money for a new computer and just want to enjoy the games, with my new computer (cpu, mainboard, ram, ssds) …

No idea if the Vegas Crack can do that, but one approach would be to reset the bios: (turn off the pc, turn off the power, turn on the pc, ground yourself and biosbattery out for a minute). And then with a linuxcd / usbstick which is best placed somewhere else, scan

First of all, thanks for the answer.
is earth called, wait until there's no power left?

So after removing the battery and let it re-insert scan?

I have no computer available, which is 100% virus-free, but only computers with high probability of viruses on it (calculator of friends).
does not it matter? Or do I have to create a linux-usbstick on a clean computer.
besides, I have no idea of that. That's why I would like to first wait for others to answer before I check in for hours for free.
would you have another idea, so an idea / a problem that it could be pretty safe? Please do not understand somehow wrong. I'm not saying that I think your approach is wrong, ok? I do not understand why, but many are always quick to insult me, etc. Somehow, everyone is always offended if I want to try something different (I also have a bit of a clue). If it's simpler things, I'll try them too, even if I think that's not going to happen. Only from your idea, I really have no aure and would have to read me real long. But a long text has become ^^

Grounding is e.g. Touch something that has contact with the ground and conducts electricity. For example, A lantern.

Of course, based on inside.

Hi, try to make a BIOS update and before the Bios to reset, then install the drivers of your graphics card (could also have something to do with it)

Then install the drivers from your graphics card (could also have something to do with it)

what I've already tried: install new graphics card driver

The case with the UEFIVirus is very unlikely and may be overridden with a BIOS flash to an up-to-date version

latest version is the 7C02v1C from 2019-09-20

->

https://de.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-TOMAHAWK

before that, you should still reset the BIOS and all the data carriers that are ever connected, were and will → Format

then you should activate SecureBoot and only then flash the BIOS

then you should have a cleaner installation medium of Win10

https://www.microsoft.com/.../windows10

and throw away your drivers CD's… The only driver you have to install 99% is the latest video driver you refer from the website

https://www.nvidia.de/...px?lang=de

… ALL else usually comes with the updates → which you should do first of all (until no more emerge)

if it still does not go all round then either the virus has not been removed from the Flash or your problem is due to hardware:-)

First, thanks for your answer.

a few questions remain open for me.

bios reset = battery out? Or simply put in the bios menu on standard settings?

"and all data carriers that have ever been connected were and will be → formatting"
So you mean, the hard drive format properly?
How do I format hard disks without the windows10 installation CD?
which program is good for that? Do I need an extra program for this?

I have no windows10 installation media that is 100% clean and can't create one. I do not have a computer that is 100% virus free.
If I now use the same installation CD as the male before, would the virus then creep back from the cd on the hard drive and bios and then it would all be for the cat, because I can't update my bios thereafter? Because I already have the latest bios version?

again the process, see if I understood correctly.

bios resetten (battery out) → boot up computer and format with extra program hard disks → shut down computer → reboot and somehow secureboot activate → somehow BIOS flash → win10 install → with windows10 update assistant install all updates → graphics card driver install → feddich

Jo

äm yes battery out:-) … Yes hard drives, usb sticks, memory cards, etc. And by means of windows 10 installations cd or usb stick… That's why the secureboot, which normally prevents such an infestation because this special certificates are needed to get past it with which such a virus can't normally serve…

ne after the reset enable the secureboot in the BIOS, then using Windows installation media formatted all the disks formatting → then flash the BIOS and then reinstall windows and check after the flash if secureboot is still active…

Thanks again for your effort and for the time.

Jo

Nö if the plates are formatted you can simply turn off the PC or you go the way over the X Schaldfläche in the setup window to cancel → → Thus, one also comes to restart… Before you reinstall the Windows you have to just check this enabled Secureboot is… I assume that even an infected Windows then has no chance and also defender self-adjusted if it is up to date, since we also speak of a virus of 2018 … Secureboot should not be turned off after the flash… But is Possible that after the reset or Flash this setting is disabled by default → what is normal… I believe directly without installed system, the virus can't write to the UEFI because the malicious code must first be run in a running system and restart the PC must to flash itself quasi → if I understood correctly… Nevertheless ma should n the USB stick on which the new BIOS on it is best on a clean PC load on it, because I do not know if malicious code can also attack this file Direckt / change and you end up even draufflasht

Sry, I did not have the follow-up question on the screen anymore. The Wookie has clarified that with the earth. Inside, the heating pipes are also sufficient (the old-fashioned go down to the earth).

create linux usb on a clean calculator.

That's what every "knowledgeable" person will tell you, but if it really does not work out, it probably has to be on a possibly contaminated PC. Best then burn an image (not a USB installation) of a Linux distribution on a DVD / CD 1zu1, then it is unlikely that a virus interfere. There are images especially for such cases:

https://www.fosslinux.com/4594/create-a-clamav-antivirus-live-usb-drive-and-how-to-use-it.htm

Acronis Antimalware CD
AOSS (Malware Scanner) system \ stage1
AVG Rescue CD (Antivirus Scanner)
AVIRA AntiVir Rescue CD (Virus Scanner); does install to root of drive
Bitdefender Rescue Disk (Antivirus Scanner)
Comodo Rescue Disk (Antivirus Scanner)
Dr.Web Live CD; does install to root
F-Secure Rescue CD
GDATA Rescue CD
Kaspersky Rescue Disk (Antivirus Scanner)
Panda SafeCD
Windows Defender Offline

And besides, you can also download the latest BIOS for your motherboard, on a USB stick and flash your current bios with it (in bios.) To take out the battery would reset the bios to the "factory settings", that's just the fastest method. If that works, fine.

If not - then the other methods above must be used.
