I would have a question, how do you notice if you accidentally deleted a Fortnite file or didn't delete it, I'm not sure whether I deleted something or not actually wanted to delete the whole Gta5 folder and I think there was still a Fortnite file inside Can you please give answers on how to tell if you have deleted a file from a game?
If the game is still starting, you haven't deleted anything important for the game

If that wasn't an important file for you then it doesn't really matter.
You can fix the game at any time using the repair function. Important data is not saved locally on your PC anyway, but in the cloud. In the worst case, you just reinstall it.

Yes maybe I accidentally dragged a folder into there but I'm not sure.
If you think you have deleted a file, you can use the Epic-Games Launcher to "check" the game. The launcher then checks whether all data is still there, if not it will be downloaded again.
