Recover Fortnite (switch) deleted?

Hi folks i downloaded fortnite a short time ago and then deleted it, when i want to download the game again it is displayed as bought and i can't download it again! What should I do so that I can download it? With "re-download in the account information it is also not displayed: (

In the shop with your profile where the wish list is, there's somewhere to download ne ioption games again. Had to have a look.

That is not shown there.

Maybe you downloaded it on the other profile if you have multiple profiles on the switch
