I would be interested. I do not know myself how I should define a good PC player "xD. So whether you could become a PS 4 player as good as Tfue or Ghost Aydan (controller on the PC).
It all depends on you. There's always someone who is better and that can take away the disadvantages of the PS4.
No, on the pc you are better. Many I know have switched from console to pc and save a lot better after a few weeks

So you will always have a little less hz & fps, which means you will always be a little bit less slow when you shoot, so if you now put 2 bots in front of each other, they just shoot at the same time, only one on the Ps4 and the other on the PC the Ps4 player will be a little bit quicker dead.

So if you mean the skill (building, aiming, etc.) that's possible, you can train! Of course, many things are more difficult but possible on the PS4!
