What's better for fortnite and that cut?

Most likely that for the overall combination… Simply because you put the good processors with the bad graphics cards and the good graphics cards with the worse processors together in one combination… I wouldn't really recommend any, but definitely to get the best overall performance out of it this combination here… My recommendation would be the Ryzen 5 3600 with at least a 1660 Ti (on 6GB graphics memory)
