If you were looking for settings for graphics settings, then you would add the Fortnite exe file (the one with the largest number) and then set it to maximum performance. If fortnite is open go control + alt + remove and open the task manager, then go to show more and then to details. Find the Fortnite file with the highest number again. Right click on it, set power, and then click on "high".
