My budget is around 300-450 euro. I would like to play Fortnite on a 144hz monitor and I'm very willing to set everything to low plus performance mode. With which configuration can I achieve my goal (or is this currently impossible).

I recommend waiting first. Currently the costs for all computer parts are far too high! That would be wasted money.

At the moment you can get very good and cheap things on Ebay!
For a really good pc and then another monitor you would have to start at 900 euro. Without the monitor at 700 euro
All that remains with the budget is a used system. You will find what you are looking for with the budget on eBay (classified ads).
