Tips on screen recoding to record Fortinte?

I use OBS to record League of Legends that also works well in lol then I have zero FPS loss so still over 120. Only Fortnite is biting performance more complex and when I use OBS there it jerky and messes around at 30-40 FPS. That's why I ask for tips if there's something like an external recording device that is something like a PC and records smoothly you know what I mean?

What graphic settings do you have at FN?

The lowest setting I only have 60hz display so there's no sin to set above 60 FPS would only cost performance
