Whenever I play I have slight points that flicker all over the monitor but so easily?

Undzwar I play fortnite 4: 3 and while gambling there are sometimes so small spots that disappear after a milli second. Does anyone know the cause? My monitor is not a 144hz but could it be on the monitor or on the graka?

Playing Fortnite for at least 6 hours at a time could cause fatigue in your perceptive apparatus. Or can you exclude that explicitly?
