Pc too slow for built-in hardware?

Following problem:

I bought a PC and do not achieve the performance that I was supposed to achieve, e.g. Ixh In CoD Warzone only 50-70 instead of 100-120 fps and in Fortnite only 100 instead of 170, which is around 40% less performance than the PC should have.

The cpu is not the yellow of the egg, the FPS numbers are fine. The CPU slows you down in the cases.

If in doubt, look at how high the CPU usage is when playing. If the CPU usage is close to 100%, then your CPU is definitely the problem.

I would recommend 2600x or 3600. Don't know if you can fully meet expectations without overclocking.
