I would like to ask you if you were able to play well with the GTX 660 ti, if you have / ultimately had one. I mainly want to play Fortnite, GTAV and similar titles. I'm going to add an i5 2500k and 8GB of RAM. On YouTube, Fortnite always benchmarked 80 fps (even with 2500k + 8GB RAM) but in the forums, like here and similar, it is always said that the card is completely unsuitable for gaming. Can you tell me whether a GTX 660 ti can continuously manage at least 60 fps?
I had a 660 for a long time and it was enough for a lot, but I wouldn't recommend it anymore. Current games are probably not going well
Hm, 2 GB of graphics memory is a bit small these days. And 8 GB of RAM is also the lower limit.
I myself have 16 GB of RAM and a Geforce GTX 960 with 4 GB of graphics memory, and that's slowly pushing me to the limit, at least with newer games. I don't play Fortnite, so unfortunately I can't tell you anything about it.
The GTX 660Ti is really no longer a good card. On Full HD, at least at low settings, enough FPS can be achieved that it appears smooth.
