You can't really say that, there may be benchmarks on Youtube for the processor and the graphics card, but you should definitely not get a GTX 1050 Ti, the RX 580 beats the GTX 1050 Ti by a long way, with little price difference, maybe one another processor, just watch Youtube videos which parts in your price range are the best, I would recommend that and by the way your case makes no FPS difference.
