Fortnite low fps despite good pc?

Everyone defines "good" differently, but I would say that my pc would be good enough for Fortnite.

Have exchanged my GTX 660 recently even against a GTX 1060 6 gb.

Episode things are blocked:

i7-3770 @ 3.40 GHz

GTX 1060 6 GB

8 GB RAM

2TB HDD

I play on a 144HZ monitor and I would like to use it in full. However, the FPS often drops to 100-120 times. And very rarely even on 80-90. It should be said that I mostly 1440x1080 or 1080x1080 games to get more fps.

In very rare cases I can get over 200 fps.

Set the graphics settings full screen in the window.
