Radeon 5500 XT low FPS in Fortnite despite performance mode?

Moin I've had the problem for a few days that I have very bad FPS in Fortnite. I don't know why, because a few weeks ago I was able to play at 160 FPS without any FPS drops. I installed the Radeon software with all add-ons and selected the ESports settings there. I play on Performance Mode (Alpha) with the low 3D grid. Are my components bad or can I fix the low FPS.

32 GB RAM

TUF Gaming B450M-Plus II

You have to update all drivers and possibly overclock
