I reset my pc a few days ago. Before that I had very constant fps with GeForce Experience Clip program. I didn't have any fps anything. I then reset my pc and optimized it, that is, the gamebar from etc and much more and in fortnite, despite optimization, I only have fps drops and I don't know why I have an i7-8700 16gb RAM and a gtx 1060 6gb
That will probably be due to one of the "optimizations" or some missing driver. So install all drivers, including chipset, CPU, graphics card, sound card and network card. What else have you "optimized" besides the Game Bar (it won't be to blame)?

Fortnite does not "pull" "much power". The thing runs on a potato. The GTX1060 is absolutely not overwhelmed with Fortnite.
How do you determine that it is "not good for Fortnite"?
