I'm looking for good survival games, not something like ARK, Unturned or Fortnite. Something new, maybe something like "The Wild Eighter". Do not have the best PC processor i3 6100, Rx 460.

Depends on whether you want more of a free game or you willingly also pay for a game.
So for low system requirements, I would definitely recommend Minecraft as a Survival game. Costs money but makes fun. I do not play this anymore but back then it was the hottest experience ever.
As a free game, I recommend Fortnite. Since you have to survive on a map and collect weapons and in the end wins only 1ner.
An expensive game, but the best survival game is called ARK. Is a bit expensive but worth it. I do not know if your PC manages to play at low settings but I think so. Otherwise, you can refund the game on Steam and get your money back.
