Fortnite streaming depends?

I have a Unitymedia fiber optic cable (400k) a Pc with ner 1060 3 GB and an I5 the 7th Gen.
I have all Fortnite settings on low except the upper one, and it lays relatively often, I'm streaming at 3000-4000 m / bits, so I'm wondering, for example. The Youtuber i cuddle me has a worse pc and can bring more power graphics etc…
Can someone please help me?

I'll just assume that your CPU is too weak. If you can write even more precise name of the CPU then I could tell you 100% (zbs i5 7600k).

Generally it is not recommended to stream an i5 to stream an i7 or a ryzen 5 2600.

Graphics you can turn up because as long as you do not encodest over the 1060, this is not really claimed when streaming.
