Which processor would you recommend for my GPU (Asus ROG Strix RX570 8GB)? Games like Fortnite, CS: GO, Apex, … Should be played.
The i3 is a little faster. But I would use the Ryzen 5 1600 (12nm), which in turn is faster than the i3 and you don't need the integrated graphics of the 3200G with the RX570 anyway.
I would like to stay at 80 euro. Then the Intel or the AMD?
Then the Intel.
Can you recommend a motherboard and a CPU fan for less than 75 euro?
And how fast can the RAM be clocked?
You can stick to the boxed cooler, it's not that bad. See here: https://www.computerbase.de/forum/threads/der-ideale-gaming-pc-spiele-pc-selbst-zusammenstellen.215394/#text-build450
Is it also possible to cut videos well with the Intel and is it compatible with my AMD GPU? Is there also an MB with 4 RAM banks?
Here is a fan with the CPU.

The ram can go to 2666mhz
Your gpu fits naturally there
for video editing nvidea gpu is better e.g. But is a completely different topic

The 9100F has 4 cores with 4 threads, the 1600 has 6 cores with 12 threads. The 9100F has the higher single-core performance. In applications (such as video editing), the two diverge more because the multicore performance brings a greater advantage. If you want to save 20 euro on the CPU and therefore opt for the i3, I don't see why you want to spend the same 20 euro on a more expensive motherboard to have 4 RAM banks. Buy a 16GB bar, then you can upgrade to 32GB with another bar, the system doesn't need more RAM…
In the games mentioned for maxed out FPS @ Low Quality in max. 1080p then better the i7-9100f, because the Ryzen3 - 3200G still uses Zen + instead of Zen2 for the CPU cores.
Per core and MHZ there's quite a remarkable difference in the CPU limit for such games in 1080p @ minimum details for maxed out FPS.
Unlike the previous Core i3, the 9100F now also has a turbo mode.
Just get a 5 2600 xD
The Intel is a bit faster. Would invest a bit more and take the Ryzen 5 1600 AF. Saving a little is very worthwhile!
