I would like to know what you would do in my place. I have only recently upgraded my PC for about a month and wonder if I should buy a better graphics card (rtx2070super) or a better monitor (240hz)? I mostly play Gta or Fortnite and would like to know if I can reach the 240 fps in Fortnite. I play mediocre quality. However, I have a monitor already 144hz and wonder if that is worthwhile.

No you do not manage to 1080p.
And if about 30-40FPS worth more I find questionable.
Fortnite about 145 to 185 FPS
GTA ca.140 to 170 FPS
From 144 to 240 Hz you will hardly notice a difference. If then the graka, but your current is not bad, I would leave it at that
Even if you take the thickest graphics card and play low, you run in Fortnite with the Ryzen 7 2700X in front of the 240 FPS in the CPU limit. And you can't play GTA with so much FPS, because the engine does not give that up and you get weird problems with physics.
