I recently got a new PC with the above mentioned things. In Fortnite I have strong laggs in the endgame, making it almost unplayable. A buddy of mine has exactly the same components and everything runs smoothly with him. Tried a lot of things to get more FPS, but nothing helps. You can search the manufacturer's website for the motherboard and graphics card. There are also programs like DriverBooster or similar that can also check the lan drivers and others. Usually this is done automatically by Windows, but they may not be up to date.

Laggs are network problems. You can do a lot of doctoring around on your PC and will not solve the problem… Make sure the line is stable without other participants, maybe a faster connection or switch off background services such as the cloud or any downloads.
