Fortnite unplayable

Moin, the game fortnite has been with me for some time. In the beginning this was not the case. At first only a little and now it's unplayable. Cities don't charge, the surroundings are blurry. Can anyone help me?

gpu: geforce 1050 ti - 4gb

ram: 16gb

maybe it is the processor? I don't want to spend money unnecessarily.
