My problem is that in Fortnite, when I play Puplic Matches, some of the FPS go below 60, which is almost unplayable. On average, however, I have 100Fps, which is also not ideal with a 144hz monitor. In addition, my CPU is 100% full. A few comparison values with the i5 7600k and tips would be helpful.
The i5 will be to blame, it is too weak for this (you can also see the 100% load). 8GB RAM is not much either, 16GB would help. At the moment you may only have one RAM stick, which also slows down. At best, it should always be two. The RAM on the mainboard can only be operated up to 2666MHz, which is another brake.

That depends on how fast your current one is. If you buy a second stick it should definitely be the same, otherwise there may be problems.
