In which resolution and with which refresh rate do you play? An overpriced and almost 2-year-old Intel, I would not really recommend.
Atm would only "take" a Ryzen 3 1200, which is available in the Mindstar for 55 euro. Of course, only as a transition to Zen 2, which appear in 2-3 months

Case: e.g. Be Quiet Pure Base 600 TG (Mindstar, 69 euro)
Power Supply: Straight Power 11 450 Watt (Mindstar, 75 euro)
CPU Cooler: EKL Brocken 2 PCGH Edition (~ 30 euro)
Had so far only a laptop, monitor is not yet available. But should be 144hz.
Until when do you need the PC? In the summer come new CPUs from AMD and Intel, I would wait there.
