How do I consistently get 165 fps in Fortnite?

I don't know if you still use this website today but I would have a question, how do I consistently get 165 fps in Fortnite? I have a 165hz monitor and think it's a shame if I don't have enough. Whenever I set the maximum fps I have less and less e.g. If I set my maximum of fps to 180 I have about 100-170 and if I then limit to 165 I should actually have 165Fps almost all the time, but I don't have it or do I get it wrong?
