I recommend a Ryzen 7 3700X, an RTX3060ti (or 3070), a B550 mainboard (take a look at which one fits best), 32GB DDR4-3200, a 1TB (of course it depends on your needs, but you can do more or take less) Crucial P1 and a 750W 80 Plus Gold or Platinum power supply. Case is a matter of taste, but would recommend an ATX case.
What line do you have? For streaming, you need a slightly better upstream.

If you want to play Fortnite at 240 FPS then an RTX 3060 Ti wouldn't be bad at all. Possibly an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 if you also want to stream. You have to know everything else, or it depends on what you choose. 1500 euro is a lot if you just want to play Fortnite in these settings, 800-900 euro are enough.

Yes, it works fine. Also for UHD, many streaming sites are clearly limited in the bit rate anyway.
