Is this pc enough to play Fortnite smoothly on at least 60 FPS and if not you can recommend what is enough
Please do not buy anything in 2020 without a dedicated graphics card. This PC is the minimum for gaming. You can't play smoothly with anything below. This PC will probably manage all current games in Full HD for the next few years.

The PC is enough for the first time but would strongly recommend to buy 8gb ram and a 1tb hdd (available for ~ 15 euro)

I don't think the Agando offer is bad at all for the price. But it would be better to add another 10-20 euro and take a B450 mainboard. They start at 60 euro.
