I reset my PC to factory condition a few days ago.
When I downloaded to Epic Games Fortnite I was able to play a few more laps. But then everything started: I only had from then on
about 10 - 40 FPS. I'm not sure what to do with that. But what's even weirder is that if I play "Need for Speed tm", then I have 60FPS consistently. And as you know, the graphics are at least 10 times stronger. When I play Fortnite on epic settings, I have as many lags as when playing low settings. If I'm also in the lobby, and want to move my mouse there, then I have extreme frame breaks. And when I restart my PC, Fortnite runs smoothly for 10 minutes, then it starts to deposit again.
Ask for help, because I really have no idea why this may be.

Did you forget to install the driver for the video card?
In what sense Installed? So I downloaded it on the Nvidia side and installed it.
Then I can't help you, sorry.
Thanks anyway
