I have the following problem I have set my pc back because I had a virus on the new computer and could not remove it nicjt otherwise. Today I had to reset the BIOS because the pc ran a little slower than usual. Now he thinks I run faster but if I play fortnite and go into a round everything runs smoothly as usual but only very briefly because the picture changes somehow darker and everything suddenly runs slower not as smoothly as before the reset. My fortnite settings are all low and have 300fps ingame on low settings. I really do not know why that could be. My graphics card has the latest driver. To my graphics card it's a GeForce rtx2070 super and the pc I have been for a month now.

Uninstall Fortnite

ap

Flatten Windows reinstall.

ap

What is that supposed to help.

Po

Uninstall Game. Then the PC is perfect.

ma

Sure it could be on fortnite itself?

Then the problem is solved. Is not that obvious?

ma

Reinstall again? I mean I think it's funny that in the system control Windows is not listed. So if you go systemsteurung and then press uninstall games. Then all the things that are installed are listed and I thought there was also Windows. But after re-installing Windows, I see nothing more of Windows

ap

He has reinstalled it.

ap

Of course

ap

Format the hard disk. Reset is useless

ma

I have Windows 10 on it and do not know how to format the hard drive

ma

But there should be Windows to see or am I wrong?

ap

Insert Windows DVD (stick) from this startup, custom install delete all partitions YouTube has some good videos.

ma

Can you fix my answer to my 2 questions? There would have to be windows to see, right?

ma

I found the problem it was due to my Nvidia attitude which was set to 60hz and not to 140 anyway thanks.

Best reinstall Windows 10. How to proceed:

Download the Media Creation Tool from the Microsoft website. So you can create a Windows 10 USB bootstick. This requires an empty formatted USB stick.
Insert the created stick, switch on the PC and immediately press F2. You are now in the UEFI. There in the boot order put the stick in the first place. Save and exit.
The PC restarts and now boots the stick. Just follow the instructions of the installer. It offers the possibility to completely flatten the hard disk. It is automatically reformatted. During the installation, the PC is restarted several times.
After completing the installation you can remove the stick and it comes the last reboot. Then Windows 10 starts. Simply log in again with your Microsoft account. Windows 10 will be activated again automatically.
Finally, one goes to the manufacturer side of the PC. There download and install the drivers. If you have compiled the PC yourself, you go to the manufacturer side of the motherboard and the graphics card. There also download the drivers and install.

Now they have a clean newly installed Windows 10. The stick should be well kept for emergencies.
