You can't and shouldn't do anything with the loud power supply. At the Drops… Look for newer driver versions, install a newer BIOS version
Can tell you had exactly the same problems about 3 years ago with a configuration. As far as I know, it was due to the lack of compatibility of the RAM bars with the mainboard.
See if they are officially supported for your mainboard.
