Too little load?

Have a 2070S and Ryzen 7 2700x and have just noticed that the GPU and CPU utilization at Fortnite may be too little. GPU 38-39% busy and CPU 19-20% busy is that normal?

Can't you turn up the graphics settings? How about the fps? Did you set that to the maximum? How much heart does your monitor have?

Do you want more fps or just use your toys to the full.

Well the fps could be a bit higher as I saw with yt, the settings were low and my monitor has 240Hrz and wants more fps

Do you have 240 fps permanently? Otherwise stop that
